Hiatus Announcement – with Macbeth pictures!

Hello everyone! I’ve been a little MIA lately, and I apologize for that. I’ve been performing in The Tragedie of Macbeth at the Shakespeare Center of LA! It’s been an absolute blast. So, I’m writing today to tell you that I’ll be on hiatus from Bell Blogging until November 11th. With all the shows we do in a week plus the auditions that I’m getting from my agents, I’m extremely busy. I’ll let you know all about it when I return on November 11th!

If you’d like to come see The Tragedie of Macbeth, you can get your tickets here! It’s an immersive, haunted-house-style show, and the easiest-to-understand Shakespeare I’ve ever seen. Here are some fun rehearsal pictures I’ve gathered over the past month!

I absolutely adore this cast and show. I never knew I could love Shakespeare so much! My favorite class in high school was AP Literature, and this show gives me everything I missed from that class. I’m learning new things every single day. Digging deeper into the text and really analyzing the meanings.

The cast is so talented and so kind. In no particular order, here are our players: Tim Oakes plays Macbeth; Katherine Banos plays Lady Macduff; Reggie P. Louis plays Banquo; Connor Keene plays 1st Witch, Macduff, Murderer and Musician; Erin Croom plays 2nd Witch and Murderer; Jessica Bell (me) plays 3rd Witch, Lady Macduff, Gentlewoman, Fleance, and Musician; Boris Bilic plays Malcolm and Macduff’s Son; Sheldon Donenberg plays Ross; Sam Christian Gibbs plays Donalbain and Servant A; and Nick Bonanno plays Duncan, Doctor, and Porter.

I can’t wait to see you all November 11th! Mark your calendars, come see Macbeth, and have a great week! To make sure you catch our next article, email subscribe! AND don’t forget we’ve got Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest!
